The Challenge

Formerly known as Netily, Internetily is a comprehensive suite of operating tools for ISP growth and management. We worked closely with the Internetily team to build a platform that automates critical ISP operations, ensuring that providers can focus on expanding their networks rather than managing administrative bottlenecks.

The platform handles complex multi-layered workflows: subscriber accounts, PPPoE and hotspot billing, RADIUS authentication, automated invoicing, SMS payment reminders, and customer self-service portals. It serves various enterprise environments, including hotels, co-working spaces, residential estates, and student hostels, providing a centralized system to handle customer support, bandwidth management, and revenue visibility.
